V Building/Septic/Storm Water Reports
We received the Certificate of Occupancy from John Prosek for Calvin Martin’s Building
on Florek Road
VI Annual Clean Up Day (April 27th)
Dumpsters – Last year we obtained 1 40-yard box and 2 30-yard boxes, which worked
well.We would like to obtain the same number and type of dumpsters for this year.
The cost is: $425 per dumpster, $85per ton for disposal, and a $ 50 fuel surcharge per
trip. Also, I have not yet received a call on the cost for a container from Lincoln
Recycling

Meeting Dates for 2025 – 1st Tuesday each month except November, when the meeting will
be held On the 1st Wednesday and the May meeting will be held on Thursday May 8th due
to the PSATS Conference being held May 4-7. The planning commission’s meetings will
be held immediately after the Supervisors meetings, except for the May meeting, which
will be held on the first Tuesday of May. Clean Up day will be held the last Saturday
in April, which is April 26,2025.
Resolution Authorizing Broadband Ready Communities Program Application.
XI Correspondence:
We received a letter from the Cambridge Springs Public Library asking for a donation
for their Summer Library Program beginning June 9th and running through July 18th.
