Information on solar development in Venango Township has been discussed at various Venango Township Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors Meetings in 2021 and 2022. An Ordinance was adopted in 2021 and a Proposed Update to the Ordinance is being considered by the Board of Supervisors at the December 6, 2022 Public Advertised Meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. Anyone interested should plan on attending and providing public input.
